Breakfast with scramble eggs. Absolutely amazing building, particularly good location not far from a park and mirador, and the fort & park, the tunnels & into the old city...

Beds were a little firm.

Beds and pillows in my double room were exceptionally comfortable. I enjoyed the food, it was fab! Its location was absolutely perfect, just off a great park and cablecars, the fort, and the center of the town.

I loved the spacious room with a comfortable bed, and the breakfast was a delightful mix of fresh fruit and traditional dishes. However, the air conditioning was inconsistent, affecting my comfort during the stay.

We greatly enjoyed rooms with all the comforts. The location was particularly good, within easy walking distance of Casa de Los Hermanos Serdan Homey Museum.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was very weak.

The location is excellent, just an 8-minute walk from the center, with access to vibrant streets and local attractions. The breakfast was enjoyable, with a range of delicious traditional dishes.

There were occasional issues with the air conditioning and the staff at the reception lacked warmth.

Comfortable stay and great breakfast

I enjoyed my time here! The room was a comfortable beautiful double, ideal for relaxation, and the breakfast offered a good variety of freshly made dishes. The staff were kind and attentive. It would be great to have more coffee available in the lobby.

I thoroughly enjoyed the delicious traditional dishes at breakfast. The staff's warmth. The hotel is just a stone's throw away from the Historic Centro.

The bathroom setup felt awkward with a lack of privacy, and the air conditioning was a no-show when I needed it. The strong sulfur smell in the room took the joy out of my stay, which I couldn't shake even after a Febreeze run!

More lighting options in the bedroom would be helpful.

The huge room was super comfortable, and the indoor pool was a nice touch. We loved the rainfall shower and the clean vibe of the hotel. It's perfect for walking around the historic area.

The rooms are spacious and well-lit. Breakfast was delicious but the restaurant staff could improve their attitude. Although the location requires crossing a busy road to get to the historic area, it feels safe to walk there, especially at night.

It was a great match for a city holiday in Puebla with great value. The air conditioner needed to be fixed, but they responded quickly and resolved the hot water issue right away. Make sure to confirm your room details upon arrival.
